Has anyone tried the Thompson Sonador Grande Maduro (Honduras)? I understand that this is an excellent everyday cigar. I would appreciate any feedback, both pro and con. Thank you! Regards, knightlaird

I'd rather smoke up a rolled up churchill size smoke blended with senior citizen toenail clippings :D

That sums up my Thompson opinion :p

Yes they call them the "Exclusivo". The band is made of dog hair. Then again, so is half the filler.

Knightlaird. Thompson cigars, to put it gently, suck. THey suck very, very badly. If you are looking for a cheap bundled everyday (or yard-gar), the fine BOTL's here have some great recommendations. Do yourself the favor, stay away from Thompson brand smokes. I made the msitake when I was new to the cigar game. Many, many people have. The ffreebies that often come with the cigars are often not worth the deal either.

That said, a friend did buy one of their specials that came with accesories (I think a travel humidor and a ctter/lighter combo) and a bunch of cigars. He laid them down in the humi for 6 months, and gave them out to non-smoking friends,no one ever complained. He even smoked one once after they rested, and he said it was not the worst ciar he ever smoked, but still not good.
