I have been saying that the Bengals are better than the Steelers for quite a while but little did I know that the Pittsburgh Post Gazette would agree with me! Ahh, yes...I had to put on the Orange and Black to re-read this one over and over and over again.

Quietly leaves thread hoping no one noticed I was here.
Your right

'At this point, it must be noted, Roethlisberger is guilty of nothing more than bad judgment, of hanging out with the wrong people in the wrong places at the wrong times. Don't blame the Steelers for being overly tolerant in his case. There's not another team in the NFL that would cut him just because of poor judgment. Franchise quarterbacks are too hard to find, especially one who has won two Super Bowls.'

Ben is guilty of picking the wrong sex partners. Santonio is a fledgling idiot, but at least he hasn't shot himself yet. I don't get the Jeff Reed decision. The Steelers haven't quite made it to Cincy's level yet.

P.S. - Nice lighter.

As a Steeler fan, I am very proud to say that there is NOTHING similar between the Steelers and the Bengals!

The Steelers are competitive every year!........The Bengals are very seldom competitive!

The Steelers live up to pre-season expectations 7 or 8 out of 10 years!.................The Bengals are predicted to be great year after year and NEVER live up to the hype.

The Steelers are seen as a model organization across all of sports!......The Bengals represent "how not to run a sports franchise"

Granted, the Steelers organization has seen a tiny spec of tarnish on their pristine image recently and as of today have sent a loud and clear message by trading Santonio Holmes to the Jets for a 5th round pick! Keep in mind Holmes was the Super Bowl MVP and a budding star..................but he's an idiot........and he's gone!
