Bump for Breedy and Universal to get their shots in on this thread!!! :whistling:
This is the best harrassment you guys can dish out? :0
You amuse me.
...you trashed Cleveland more than Pittsburgh, but at least you're trying.

That is because I hate Cleveland more than I hate Pittsburgh. If it weren't for Cleveland...Ohio would be a GREAT state. Cleveland raises Ohio's overall crime rate, burning river rate, pollution quota, serial killer records, illiteracy percentage, insult target count and just about everything else that is bad. If we Ohioans (note that I don't use the term Buckeyes) could delete the stats from Cleveland, our state would be among the highest in all quality of life categories. Here is a deal, I will trade my Bengals 2009 win/loss record to you Pittsburgh fans if you agree to have the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania annex Cleveland.
That being said, compare your typical Steeler fan to a typical Bengal fan:
I had to make your fan picture bigger for, well, obvious reasons.
Please, this ain't nuthin' compared to the live crap I'm catching. Remember, I live halfway between Buffalo and Cleveland. Erie's a battleground between those two groups of fans and us chosen ones.

We Bengals fans have class and dignity. Unlike Cleveland fans, we have good things to talk about. (Our Reds have won the World Series several times while those poor Indians have to look back 51 years to their last baseball title; our river has never been on fire (yeah, I know that is a cheap shot); we have to accept that Dayton is our neighbor but at least we didn't get stuck with Parma, Akron and Youngstown). So, you can always expect civilized harassment rooted in genteel humility when dealing with us Cincinnati folk.
But, be careful, remember that Cleveland Browns fans are born into a hopeless existence. Most of them are even born with criminal records. Think about it, you have to live in Cleveland (Mistake on the Lake...yeah, I know, another cheap shot) and you have to cheer a team that has NEVER made a Super Bowl. So, be careful Pittsburgh fans. Be careful or you might see a Cleveland Fan doing something like this.
Stu, you are a class gentleman and a a great BOTL. However, referring to Bengals fans in general as having class and dignity destroys all credibility you have earned in the NFL discussion arena.
As far as the Steelers, I fear that we may be in for a few years of mediocrity under Tomlin. He has tweaked what worked and installed coaches and philosophies that are miserable!
Good luck to the Bengals in their playoff game this year

Not defending any of the Steelers play this year, but I am not sure how much blame you can give Tomlin. I can give you speical teams. But the offense and Defense of coaches were there before Tomlin. Even though I never liked Bruce Arians, its kind of hard to fire him last year when we won the super bowl. I think Tomlin has done a very good job these past few years with the draft picks, Evander Hood, Mike Wallace, Rashard Mendenhall, Bruce Davis, Dennis Dixon, lawerance Timmas Lamarr Woodley and Matt spaeth. Hood showed some great strides this year, but he was put into a tough spot in a hurry with arron smith out for the season. And Bruce Davis would be a starting LB in just about any other team but the steelers. I know the Head Coach always takes the blame, but I do not think he has had a chance yet to really mold his coaching staff to his likings. I think there will be a lot of changes this year, Bruce Arians better be gone, Dick will take on a lesser role next year (as hard as it is for me to say that, its true) Special teams and DB coaches will be gone. I personally think tomlin should take over as a Defense of Back coach, no need to hire one, if there is a major problem with the team, i hope tomlin puts it in his own hands rather than hiring someone to fill that void.

Thanks for bumping this one back up guys! I was going to do so to celebrate the Steelers going into the can for the playoffs but you beat me to it. Guys, I have so much experience in watching my home town team miss the playoffs that I can give you some pointers on how to handle the despair.
Go Bengals!!!
