72 degrees here in south central PA, rode my bike without a jacket and then camped out on the deck with a serious pour of Glen Elgin and a Padron 1964 "A". A fitting way to say goodbye.

Sounds like a fitting send off. We had a week's worth of Indian Summer and then yesterday the front that dumped 38" of snow on the Dakotas came through with rain and wind and temps in the 30s. Looks like it's indoor smoking season.

Getting a little nippy here in TX. About 68 out now (yes thats nippy you east coast people) and I'm on the back porch watching the truck race with a glass of red wine and a cruzado. Was having a real crappy day and its nice to just sit down and forget it all.

Well...a little overcast and rainy at times...but warm. I'm hoping for a couple more days of sun and warm for golf before I start to think about my Florida trip!

Both sound wonderful, glad it was a nice day for you, me however, spent half the day in the crawl space underneath the house re wiring the kitchen. I think I would be happy with a bottle of Crown Royal right now.

It was nice today wasn't it Avb. If my throat wasn't acting up I was planning on sitting on the deck too. Sounds like you made the best of it!

Sounds good Ray, we had the same weekend last week, starting today it's cold rain. I'll miss summer. :(

Sitting on my deck in my cargo shorts, enjoying a Tat Black and a glass of Johnny Walker black. Watching Baseketball on my laptop.
God bless California!
Sorry Ray don't mean to rub it in.

The weather moves W. to E., which means I've got one more day of smoking out in the dooryard. I plan on taking advantage of it.

Doc.

You didn't as I certainly had a better stick, scotch and things to watch :p

Sounds like a great day, Ray.

I was glad to see another long summer come to a close a few weeks back here in AZ. We're just entering our outdoor smoking/drinking time of year.
