I don't have an accent, but the sheep su.........ohh, nevermind.

At least we're back on topic of drinking and "driving," bend over little lamb.......

Really, do you have an accident report involving the driver swatting at a bee?
Yes.
:sign:
I'll be ya didn't think he had one did ya smuff?

I never doubted it. ;) I was actually hoping for one in George's jurisdiction, but this one will do. No need to dig George, I believe you.

I'm so concerned, I'm considering a petition drive to criminalize unathorized bee hitchiking. BTW, is there some significance to mangling my NIC?

It's more commonly referred to as a "typographical error." Go look at your keyboard and see where the "f" key is in relationship to the "r" key.

You need some thicker skin noobie. ;) Not everything is a personal attack as you obviously thought.

Brother, in my opinion, "responsibly" drinking 2-3 beers will NEVER get you to a .10% BAC!!! Without extenuating circumstances (thus removing the "responsibly" ), there is virutally no way to get to a .10% with that many beers. ???

All I'm gonna say is I will not take one drink and drive. If I'm out and have a drink someone will drive me home. I personally have too much to lose amd would in no way wish to place any sort of danger on anybody else due to my alcohol consumption.

It's all about self respect and respecting fellow humans. Know your limits. If you think you have had too much alcohol to drive...You probably have.

No offense taken, never did. As you seldom commit typos and routinely edit your posts, I assumed it was intentional and was curious. Call me whatever you like. ;)

Uh, I OFTEN make typos and you "assumed" wrong. You shouldn't "assume." ;)

Sure did. I never knew I could drink that much and still be under the legal limit. I always thought that for my weight, five drinks in two hours would put me at 0.10 but thanks to you, I now know I'm legal even with the NEW ridiculous requirement of 0.08!!

I never drink and drive…Besides the obvious dangers, a cab ride is a whole lot cheaper then fines and lawyer costs :p

Unless you weigh about 50 pounds, having nothing in your stomach and slam those bad boys down in less than 15 minutes... :whistling:

But I love those chuckleheads that know more than I do - and they can't wait to tell me their tale of woe about being "harassed" by the police when they had two beers and were arrested for DUI...

Clearly, I was wrong on this. I way underestimated how many drinks it takes to get up over the legal BAC limit. I took a look at Jeff's link, sure enough, I am alright to drink a lot more than I had previously thought and still get behind the wheel. That is the moral here, right? ???

Where's Alex when you need him....

Alex - this is "baiting and flaming"...

(Unless he was being sarcastic, of course - then it's okay)

And, Dennis - I certainly hope it WAS NOT baiting and flaming. First, I'd like to think you like me (you do, don't you) - I mean, you've been pestering me to attend your herf and I'd hate to think I'm appearing to take rotten tomatoes...

...and second, Rod just posted this NO BAITING AND FLAMING. He may not like you doing that... :0

Oh come on GG. You know we are all good. Just a little fun. And I am counting on you coming to the BBQ herf. I don't bait and flame. Unless I am fishing in the river behind my house. Bait the hook and flame the cigar.

I think Rod knows me better than to try in start a fight. I am a lover not a fighter.

Thank godness, Dennis - you had me worried...

See - I told you guys it was only sarcasm... ;)

LMAO @ JimK!

It says I can have 5 drinks in 2 hours and be well under the limit. That means I can get preped before I go out!

There 'giese' the neighborhood! :sign:

To keep on the thread...
Is it ok to get a blo....well..you know...while I'm driving?
I mean if that doesn't impair your ability to focus on the road I don't know what will!

So - since drinking is like going out of your mind...as is a - well you know - then would drinking while driving and getting a ...you know..... make it ok? Two wrongs make a right? No?

Reality of my answer...don't drink and drive....bad mistakes are made when the two happen at the same time...this from my experience...on both sides!

<edit - two wrongs phrase>
