Ten New Cigar Box Clocks For Sale

Ooooooh, Ooooooooh, Ooooooo, I'm a newblette!!!! Can I be King!!!!! Please Rod, pretty please!!!!! :sign:

Why are you crying to Rod??? You need to take up the issue of being "King" with MattR. I believe he claims that title... ;)

Sending me aged Havana Davidoffs is appreciated.
I think all Cuban Davidoffs should be well aged by now! ;)

Not giving me a reacharound is not appreciated.
Admittingly this one scared me at first, I read it as "Not giving me a reacharound is not appreciated" Not sure why I read the second "not" in there, but I'm damn glad I was mistaken! :sign:

Uhhh... you read it right. If you're gonna f*ck me in the a$$, at least give me a reacharound......
???

...well outside of your sphere of understanding...

EDITED TO ADD: BTW, wade - I don't mean to be a bother - not that it's a rule or anything, but were you going to post the DC # for the package of smokes you send Brandon? It just would make it so much easier to track.

Wow - 10 pages.

Myrtle's nice....chilly night. I had a a R&J EL CH(I think that's the size - I'll look later) and Cedro's - the number eludes me....then a Trin Reyes...then a Monte #2.

John Holmes,

I have to disagree with your "hill" analysis. We have retained several members for many years, some of which have been here since the very beginning. We don't make it hard to "climb the hill" at all. Most scammers/flamers/trolls drop off rather quickly. Those who are here for the sake of cigars, and want to be part of the SAFEST online community, will remain long time members of CP. I firmly believe that CigarPass is BY FAR THE SAFEST online cigar community out there. The core membership here all believe in honesty and respect. The moment you try to scam someone or outright profit from this community, you'll either be banned or take some heat for it. Everyone (except scammers) has the opportunity to redeem themselves. If we didn't maintain our core values, and allowed new guys to run rampant, all hell would break lose. I'm sure we lose a certain percentage of new members, as they feel they're not the "king of CP", and that's just fine! I'd rather be part of a smaller, stronger community over a whore-like community which only values the number of members over the quality of members. The stronger the community, the better it is. Size means nothing.

Look at George G, Devil Doc, and many others. These guys have only been members for a couple years, yet they're very well respected here. Why? Because they're goal is to uphold the honesty and integrity of this community. It seems unfortunate that some new members try to change a very well established procedure. We could easily implement a team of moderators to manage the board, but then we'd be just like every other cigar forum out there, and it wouldn't be that safe of a place. I don't believe a set group of people should control an entire community. We do quite well managing ourselves. This is an adult forum, and as such, we're the only cigar forum who treats our members like adults. The new guys need to learn and understand what we're about. That hill isn't as steep as it may appear. Obey the rules, be honest and you'll do just fine.

Rod... I'm speechless

Did someone say noob? I think I'll have one......

Well done Dan!

I have probably made about 15 or 20 clocks since the beginning and have given them all a way as gifts! I forgot I kept one for myself (Partagas 160)! Pretty nice!

Every one have an awesome cigar day!

Whoah - whoah - WHOAH!!!

C'mon - there's money to be made there tasman. Remember, though - It's not a profit, it's compensation for your time and effort. Big difference!!! Damn - if you're sending out 15 to 20 clocks - you could have been compensated pretty doggone close to $700 for your time! Your time is valuable, after all. I think maybe you need a manager to handle your affairs.

This giving things away crap has GOT to stop! It just gets everyone to be all mushy and stuff. Pretty soon you'll have a bunch of guys lookin' out for each other and crap - wanting to get together and herf - giving away more cigars than they receive. That's JUST NOT RIGHT!!!
