I noticed a couple of pix of members' humi's and in them some or all of the cigars are still in the cellophane. Is this advisable? I thought it best to remove them all and allow groupings of the stix to meld with each other. What say you? -- sparky

I use JB Weld when I want my sticks to stick together. Oh, wait... you said meld. ;)

Topic has been discussed a lot - do a search. Make it your friend. Take it out for dinner, maybe it'll have a smoke with you and then you can just kinda see where it goes...

Store your cigars the way you received them from the manufacturer, in the original packaging. If the cigar came in cello, keep it in cello. Cellophane is not plastic, it is plant pulp, and it breaths.

Also, use search. :)

Breaths?? Like my breath stinks after I smoke a cigar, according to my wife, if I breathe in her direction? :whistling:

If you put the right two cellos together will they breath harder?

Only if they're "melding"... then they light up another cigar when they finish...

isn't that like cannibalism?

truthfully it's really all up to you, some store without the cello for the aesthetic effects but for long term and safe storage cello really is the way to go.
