Not the last I heard. I think Ed (Spivy) has been less than communicative about the whole thing.

Long way from being resolved. We've all received a few small payments from Ed since July 6 and he has committed to making small weekly payments to each of us until paid back in full, however he has already missed a full week (I had to send email to him after two weeks had passed). Communication is still zero, at least for me, unless I send an email. I've pulled everyone together into one email to find out how much each of us has received so far, trying to keep up with balances owed. About all I know at the moment.

If he has the means to make purchases, then he has the means to make this imbroglio right. If Anthony is taking the reasoned approached because he thinks he'll have a better chance of recovering the funds, I understand, but otherwise he's already earned his place in the Hall of Shame.
