Comes a time....
What a GREAT SHOW!
At one point I turned to Tigger and said: "It's nice to see Warren be Warren."
It seemed that before he had to fill in for Jerry...this time, he played things more his own way...and it worked!!!
All the tunes had a little different twist at one point ot another...it seemed there was even a little techono undertones at times. <no, it wasn't ME!>
Excited about Nassau and Hartford (may do MSG...but that makes for a reaaaaally long weekend
).
Rob300c and thelostgringo stopped in at lunch and we had some nice bacon/cheddat burgers and some dogs. That was followed by a little Parti Culebra.
On the ride we had a PSP2. Getting into a lot just south of the arena(under the overpass!) was quick and we called Tigger who was just a couple blocks away at Shakedown. He came up and we took a walk....sparking up a Johnny-o Culebra that he offered up....very nice!
I sold my extra and we walked around the 'town'. Easy and free flowing, not a lot of fuzz except near the arena. Crowd was cool and the day was great.
Once into the show I git shuttled to the floor (Tim had great seats...thanks man!).
Security was a little bitchy, but we were right in the aisle....I've seen worse!
Crowd was fun and the band played on....what a great set.
into the Mystic was very very well done.
At times it seemed that Warren was trying to keep up with Bobbie during the first set...but during the second set, it was Bobbie in chase(at times!).
Everyone was on...with Bobbie being Bobbie!
Great show!!!
Oh, I had a Dip. 5 on the way into the show and a Parti short on the way out the door - and a Monte Edmundo for the ride home!!!
