And what a night it was. A full house and, except for the unfortunate pigs (Allah be praised), we all had a ball. We roasted 2 35lb piglets in the traditional Cuban roaster boxes, La Caja China
One of our members, of Cuban decent, did the roasting and his Mom made rice and black beans and Yucca roasted with onions. Plus there was roasted chicken, salads, baked beans, etc.
Humberto Gonzalez gave out Cojones cigars in various sizes and John Conroy of General Cigar gave out Cohibas, Partegas, Macanudos. A micro brewery named Cricket Hill supplied the Ale and Lager.
