Spaten isn't the best Munich style Helles BTW, Augustiner blows it away. Lately I've been drinking mostly Paulaner Helles due to the fact its the only Munich beer sold at the bars in our ass back-wards town.

Alot of German beer is that way... I think it has to do with the beer's gravity.

My current favorite brew is "Zwickl" Keller beer out of Bayreuth

I get a headache whenever I drink one of those US "factory beers" (Anheuser-Busch, Miller, etc). They couldn't sell that stuff as "beer" in Germany.

Water + yeast + hops + malted barley = beer.

If I can't get reinheitsgebot, tap water will do me fine, thanks.
