I don't mind too much though, as I can average 55-62 mpg in my 2004 Prius.

Wurm, you can buy through the AAFES exchange. Correct? Thats not the AAFES price is it?

I paid $2.65 near Gettysburg, PA.

I generally check prices at Gas Price Watch or Gas Buddy. The AAA actually keeps a decent national price database.

I'm from PA, my mom still lives there, and I went home for a visit. She had a stroke not too long ago and now wants to sell her condo and move into a managed living complex run by the Amish in Lancaster county. So I took a whole month off from work and went back to renovate the condo for her, alot of work but my mom and me have always been friends so a good time was had by all. It was hard to leave to tell the truth.

While I was there I found a nice little smoke shop close to my moms house so I made at least one excuse up a week to go pick up some good stogies.

I also drove up to Pottsville PA and went on the Yuengling Brewery tour, it was up there I found the gas for 2.62. Where mom lives they still wanted 2.98 to 3.32 a gallon.

Nope thats what the Germans are paying for it, AAFES charges a average of the US gas prices between the most expensive and cheapest states.

right now we are paying 2.78 a gallon.

I just want to post the German prices to let you all know it could be worse... alot worse :0

It could be better too, I think a gallon of gas in VENEZUELA is around $0.14 .
