Anyone interested in meeting up in Glendale (Glendale Hilton) for a herf? Maybe next week or something.

Is there actually places to smoke down south? We can't even find a damn spot for a NorCal herf

If you don't mind a new person, I might be able to attend. I hesitate, because I am not certain of my schedule for next week.

Also, I see your listed hometown is Arcadia. I know of a few places within the Arcadia/Pasadena area that allows smoking. Either officially or on the sly. Are they not to your preference? Or is the geographical location of Glendale best suited to the So Cal membership?

Depending on the night, I might be able to go. I have the Friday after Thanksgiving off, so anytime that day would be cool. :)

Hey Bad,

We usually go to the Glendale Hilton. It's very quiet, nice view of downtown LA, free appetizers, free dessert, good drinks/food, and no one to bother us. :) I'm definitely interested in hearing of other local places where we can smoke. The only other place I know of is Matt Denny's in Arcadia, and Outback. Where else is there?

Rod,

Those spots allow smoking in their patio area, as expected for corporate establishments. Patio is ok, but I like the comfort of indoors. Especially when old man winter comes along with his brrr cold. There's only so much relief heat lamps provide.

Here are two local spots that allow indoor cigar smoke on the up and up:

Ceniza Cigar Lounge, Pasadena (I'm guessing you already know of this one)
http://www.cenizalounge.com/
They charge $10 if you wanna just bring your own, I believe. It is nice and cozy, with televisions. Nice sized. No alcohol. By the way, I don't care much for Cigars by Chivas.

Here is a find that I'm very proud to have stumbled on. I nearly cringe to pass this info on, 'cause I consider it my lil' home away from home.
The Nose Wine Cellar, Pasadena.

It is owner operated, hence their ability to allow smoking. He likes cigar smoke (doesn't smoke himself), but does not allow cigarette smoke. He is a somellier who opened up this shop just over a year ago. An excellent resource of wine. Also has a food menu.

As for the ones that unoffically allow cigar smoking, I know of two bars in your very own city that allow it. Perhaps you do as well? I don't know. PM me if you would like their 411. Perhaps we may run into each other at one of these establishments some time.

Regards

I know the owners of Ceniza. Great place. Best cigar lounge in town. Next time you're there, say hi to Albert. He's there most nights. Tell him you're from CigarPass, he knows us well. :)

Hey Rod...

Sorry I was MIA on this last HERF. Got anything planned for December? Maybe I can get symyn to come along too

Hey Chris,

We haven't had the herf yet. Maybe next week or the week after Thanksgiving. Hopefully we can get a good turn out.

See you soon!

I would be down! Find a place that we can eat, drink and smoke at :) Or at least 2 of the 3 :) I am ok with the Glendale Hotel, just make it on a Tuesday or Thursday as I will be in the general area. I have a Vegas trip coming up this weekend, but after that I will be in town till late December.

Chris, when you get back from NYC and your taste buds have returned from the mass amounts of cigars you will be smoking lets hit up some Schatzi :)

Can you still smoke at Schatzi's?
