Perhaps there's some other way of finessing the system that I'm unaware of, but the current 'search by member' function is a little peculiar with its results.
If you go to Advanced Search and then Search by Author and enter the person's name, it'll come up with a bunch of their posts, however the chronology seems to be goofy. You can then sort by either Last Update Time or Relevance, as well as Descending (z-a) or Ascending (a-z)--neither of which seem to have any effect.
For example, if I wanted to find all of Rod's posts, on the first page of results after Advance Search-->Search by Author-->Rod, no matter how I adjust the four sorting criteria, the order remains the same with the last posts in each of the displayed threads featuring multiple dates from 2008, 2001, 2005, 2003, 2006, 2001, 2004, 2001, 2003, 2001, 2003, 2001, and 2007 in that order.
I suppose you could go to the person's profile and click on "My Posts" but that only goes back to the last five of their posts.
