Here recently, I've been watching The Sopranos on A&E every Wednesday. I'm sure it's really not as good as the "uncensored" Sopranos, but I only saw season one and decided I was going to start catching up. Also I've started smoking cigars on Wed. while I watch. This week I wanted to try this tubo that has been sitting in my humidor for a couple of weeks.
This cigar looked very strong. A dark brown-red wrapper, it looked like it might be a power house, but I've smoked a few other RYJ ISOMs and while they weren't that strong, they were very good. Great Construction
A little un-even burning, but it never got really bad. I did light it with the cedar insert, so I'm sure that might have caused some of the burning issue. But like I said, the burning never got that bad, just a little un-even.
It got a tad hot by the end, but I usually don't nub cigars anyways. It was a very good cigar. I'm not the best at picking out what "notes" and "tastes" but there was no bitter taste, or over-powering taste. A very good medium to full bodied cigar. I've been wanting to try these since I saw them, and since I didn't ask, the very nice fellow that gifted me this smoke shall remain nameless, but I say thanks.
