This is an 05 Edicion Limitada that I received in a trade with a fellow member. I do not know the box code but obviously from this year.

After a hardy breakfast of pan fried potatos and scrambled eggs with Italian sausage mixed in to insure a heart attack by age 50, I decided to break this little baby out.

Construction was flawless which was to be expected with an EL. Wrapper was wonderfully dark, almost like a chocalate bar. Made me want to take a bite out of it rather than smoke it.

Draw was absolutley perfect. Firm but yields plenty of volume. Lit very easily. From the first draw, you knew this smoke had something to offer. A nice peppery start that only got better as I smoked it. A perfect compliment to my meal and the coffee I was drinking. It burned perfectly throughout as evidenced by the picture.

A nice mixture of dark chocalate and a spice that is very peppery with a strong kick to finish it off. Maybe a tad green that with a little age, this smoke is a certain keeper that should be in your humidor.

Thanks Jim ;)

Nice review!!! Thanks for the pictures as well. Pictures always add to the story ;)

Mine won't be touched for 2-3 years but I am looking forward to the day they get torched.

Thanks for the review.

I bought two boxes of each LE to age for a few years.

However, I bought a fiver of each so i can try as the year goes on. The first try will probably be around the holidays.

Thanks for the review and the photos.

Thanks for the great review. Just added to the list of cigars I need to buy.

Very, very nice. Though not likely to join my rotation, I can genuinely appreciate the artistry and handwork of the ELs.

Mmmmm, dark chocolate and spices. Sort of reminds me, oh who was it that drank their chocolate with chilis? Was it the Aztecs?

Thanks for the review and the pictures.
