Misc. info: This was my second sample of this cigar that i puchased back in August. The 1st was unimpressive because of a tight draw and the little flavor produced. I had high hopes so i decieded to put the last one away for awhile. Time proved to be a good thing for this one as it proved to be an entirely different beast.

construction: the cigar had a medium tan wrapper that was well put together with no noticable veins. The fell in hand was just right as the cigar was kept at 60% humidity.

initial light: the cigar lit easily and produced billowing clouds of smoke.

smoke: The initial draw produced STRONG flavors of tobacco, spice, and cedar. Definitely full bodied with a perfect pull. After a few puffs the spice and cedar were joined by a sweetish character in the background. Midway in, the cigar got very smooth and mellowed a bit to become medium bodied. Let me tell you, from the 1st quater to the last third, this was possible the best cigar i've had! My only problem with was that the cigar continued with the smooth sweet spice and lost a big of its character. If the strength had of come back.....

Overall, i'd give this cigar an A. For me, it did what i expect a cuban to do but haven't seen yet. We will have to see if the PSD4 can live up to the hype.
Anyway, it's a great cigar that i highly recommend.
