Rocky Patel Ltd. Edition ’05

My mini review of these cigars:

The "A" size really changes how these things smoke, in my opinion.

If you like the Vintage, you'll like the "A" Vintage even better. The flavors seem deeper and more complex.

If you think the Edge is too strong, you might like the "A" Edge better, because it tones this cigar down a little.

If you like the SunGrown, you might be disappointed in the "A" SunGrown, because in my opinion, this cigar just doesn't work as well in the bigger size. The complexity gets lost for some reason, and it takes on a dish rag flavor after awhile that I just didn't care for.

At $75 (which, by the way, you can get them for on CBid occasionally), it's a pretty good deal ($5 a cigar), because I see them in retail shops at $11 a piece (but I wouldn't pay that).

Edited because my math sux (Thanks, Vot)

I think it is more than $3 per cigar. Simple math $75 / 15 cigars = $5 per stick.
Which is not bad price nevertheless

I picked one of these up last year on c-bid for about this price. I still have it sitting in the humi, and am planning on a RP herf this summer where it will be brought out onto the deck, and everybody will grab a coffin or two (depending on how long we feel like sitting outside). For 5 bucks a stick, I figured it was a good deal, and will make a nice presentation at the beginning of the event.
