Just had this cigar about 30 minutes ago. I'm still feeling the effects.

The cigar looked beautiful, nice dark wrapper with an oily appearance, felt firm with just a little bit of a spring to it when pressed -- good shape.

I lit it up, and immediately I felt almost sick. The thing overpowered me in the first half-inch or so. I had thoughts of chucking it but i carried on. My mouth immediately got this really "spicy" tingle to it as if I was eating some spicy food, never experienced that before with a cigar. At one point when I took a draw I almost gagged cause the smoke got to the back of my throat for an instant

Finally the cigar seemed to settle down a bit. Volumes of smoke with each draw, very easy to smoke. By about halfway I was thinking it was alright, I could handle it. Then about 3/4 in I started to get that overpowering feeling again. I finally put it to bed soon after that and then (and now) I still feel light headed. I almost considered hanging back at barney_rebel's place for a bit since I didn't know if I should be driving home.

I'm back at home now, feeling a bit woozy. I don't think I'll be having another one of these.

LOL.... ZING! :D :D :D

Two tablespoons of honey and you're good to go again.

Those things rock! Chewbacco sent me two in a trade and I loved them.

Man if the edge kicked your hiney, you had better stay far far away from that INDEPENDENCE! :sign:

When I get that gaggy feeling in my throat, I take a swig of my Propel water - washes it away like it was a layer of dust.

I like the corojo better than the maduro. The draw is a little too loose though, for me.

hose don't bother me a bit. I inhale the whole cigar. I still don't get these cigar strengths. Smoe of the so called full cigars seem milder to me. RP edges are one of them.

mmmmmmmmmmmmm Nutella

Oh boy! I've had a couple of the missiles, and handled them just fine. I've got a couple of torpedos that look kinda spooky. Actually, both have a fair bit of plume on them, so maybe they've mellowed a bit.

Yeah, these sticks just don't do much for me. I got a fiver a while back and after 3 tries, I've moved on to other sticks that I enjoy more. I look forward to trying another Rocky Patel, such as the Old World Reserve!!

These are a good yard gar. How can any premium cigar have dye on its wrapper? ???
