Fist Half: Definitely on the light side. Getting slight notes of Leather, chocolate and grass.
Second Half: Flavors have not changed much. Just getting a bit more bitterness. Almost like a very dark chocolate or a strong black coffee.
Great little stick. The pairing wasn't the best. Would have been better with coffee. I also feel like this needed more age.
