Retailers who ship to Canada?

Has anyone come up with a list of online retailers that will ship to Canada? With a few more Canadians joining this site recently I think it would be beneficial if we could pool our knowledge and come up with a list of online sites that are willing to ship here. Often times I see a good deal on a website but then I learn that they will only ship to the U.S.

I've dealt with Al from puffnstuff recently and he was great to deal with. Absolute cigars will also ship to Canada.

I speak soley of non-Cuban vendors of course.

I know Holt's, Cuban Crafters, Cigarsforless, 2smokecigars all ship to CA

Although I have only used Cuban Crafters and can comment on their stellar customer service.
