Nope, I am afraid we are not on the same page here Bill. My "time out" comment was all in jest, due to the recent surprise return of a banned member.

ServeBig was not banned; it appears he was simply given a time out? ???

I feel if the community as a whole decides that an individual's misdeed(s) are detrimental to the community ( see Link here ), then that person should be permanently banned.

If you cross that line , time to move on. There are plenty of other cigar communities to get a "fresh start" if you feel repentant. No do overs in my book.
