Well, I just won this on cbid, should be here in a week or two. It's certainly an upgrade from the Thompson 50ct cherry humi that I currently use. I also stopped by a local B&M and picked up an empty Opus X Double Corona box to store my matches, lighters, cutters, etc. in. Good times.

cool and for way less than half the msrp!
doesnt look bad either, nice catch.

Be careful not to judge how great a deal you've gotten off of the "msrp" listed on C-bid. The numbers they use for that figure are often inflated, or simply not what anyone is selling the items for. For example, just go to Cigars International, which is the parent company, and see what they are actually selling that humidor for. No doubt that you got a great deal, but easy to see how the c-bid msrp's are misleading.

Yeah I have noticed that too. However, MSRP is not what everyone is selling it for, but rather, as I am sure you are aware, the "suggested retail price". Of course on some things we all would be very happy to get them for MSRP (some Fuente cigars come to mind) while others are consistently sold below MSRP.

As for the Humi . . . nice score.

If that's what you wanted, and the price was good for you, then it's a good win.

CI is currently selling that humi for $110 on their site.

There is also one on Ebay @ $65 with 2 days to go and $15 shipping.
