Receiving E-mail Notification of Messages

Al, that is very strange. I had a dream last night and in the dream I was told to give you this message. "The only way to make them stop is another day of CP 2 hour specials."

It is possible to delete a message before it has been read. You'd get the notification email but there wouldn't be anything to read.
 
If someone sends you a PM and clicks the box that says "track this message", they can later delete/unsend the PM if you haven't already read it. Who's PM'ing you? PM them and ask them if they deleted the message.

Rod, the most recent was psyktek, my e-mail said I had a message "Pipe Tobacco". I went to my PM folder, no message. I PMed him and he said he indeed did send a message. Is it possible that it is volume related? It seems to happen when I'm getting a lot of messages at once.

It shouldn't be. I'll check the database and see if the PM table needs to be rebuilt. Does anyone else have access to your account?
