Well I pulled one (from a split a few of us did) out of it's sleeper to check on them. And Yep ...they are coming around.
Pre light had a small amout of amonia not to much to prevent the orange nutty flavor to peek through though. After the light it was evedent that in another year these would prove to be on the way to a great smoke. Small but prevalent bits of nutty/citrus flovor washed over my palet. Nice aroma and nice sharp burn. Through the middle of the cigar the burn was slightly uneven but the change in flavors to leather and cedar made it very enjoyable. I enjoyed it with a beverage that could have been thought out a little better ( ice cold Bud Light), but it did the job of breaking down the smoke. The next time I think I'll sip a little Dewars instead or maybe just some club soda.
