I just finished the best cigar that I ever smoked, an RASCC BOX CODE = OSU NOV 02. This was my 2nd ISOM (the first was an RA also, a bit bigger maybe a RASS?, not sure of the age), and though I really enjoyed that RA, this one just blew me away!

I cut this one (punched the bigger one), and singed the edges before lighting. At first draw my thought was that is was pluged, but put the flame to it a second time and the draw was just right.

My first sense was WOW. Now I know what all these guys are talking about. My first taste was just a nice creamyness in the front of my mouth, almost sweet, and just a slight spicyness in back. I let the smoke linger as long as I could and it was just so smooth. Then I did something I have never done with a cigar, I let the smoke out and inhaled slightly thru the nose. It was very aromatic, a hint of leather maybe? My first thought was that of a shoe store, but maybe that was in my mind (but I guess thats what all smell is about). Then I thought it reminded me of when I smoked cigarettes, I inhaled through the nose all the time, but I smoked menthols... mmm that reminded me of a post I read last nite about someone here who gave an expensive smoke to someone and he in turn puts Vicks on it. Maybe he wanted a menthol cigar :)

The burn was very even, a greyesh ash with specks of black and held a 2" ash, and may have been longer, but I wanted the ash to fall where I wanted it to.

This smoke had a long creamy, almost leathery finish. The creamyness remained through most of the smoke, with the spicyness increasing slighly as it neared the nub. I usually smoke bigger cigars and never smoke em down, but this one had me thinking about finding a roach clip. It held the ash till I was down to just about the bands width left and I sadly put it out in the ashtray. It was an outstanding smoke for every one of the 45 mins.

Look forward to the next split if anyone so desires.

Thanks Tripple D!!!

These are great little cigars....and the best part....

They are cheap enough that you can buy an entire box and keep it all to yourself

Yes, they are VERY affordable, would love to have a box to my very own. Just have to take my first shot at buying from overseas.

Any suggestions (PM) would be apprecated. One question I would have is; age of sticks is a crap shoot? You get what you get? Or can you find out before ordering?

Based on your thread, Maggs, i lit one up yesterday afternoon. Wow is right. This was my first one of these, and it was wonderful. I was mildly intrigued until i got to the half way point. That silky smooth creamy finish was soooo good.

ISOM's really teach you alot about how to smoke a cigar.

LMK, I'm definately in the market for more of these.

And my thanks to DDD as well...

yeap, the RASCC and RASS are wonderful smokes -- good stuff.
