Rare finds and great deals

As a new Cigar smoker I try to find out as much as I can. I also hope to find some great deals (that's why I am turning to you) and also where a good place is to get those "rare" ones you can't find anywhere else.
 
You might want to do an intro before you start asking for what others have found through their hard work and time.
