First off, I am new so please bear with me... I absolutely love the idea of this website but have some questions..

What is an ISOM?

Can people only take from the original list or can they take from whatever had been put back in?

How often does the box not make it back home?

Has anyone been screwed by this? Meaning put in some cubans and got fakes back...

Sounds like fun but a little scary also...

Is it ok to state on this forum that your sending CUBANS around?

Take from whatever is in the box, generally, unless there are rules prior to the pass going out.

How often does the box not make it back home?
99.9% of the time

Yes, they are regular people just like the rest of us and need a vacation every now and then, too.

We one instance about a year ago where the freakin' USPS delivered a pass to a wrong address instead of a pass participant's home. Well you'd think that shouldn't be a problem right? Not so in this case, the wrong address happened to be a Dell Computer warehouse in Austin, TX that receives 12,000 packages a day :0 so needless to say.............

It got lost :0 :0

We have something here called "Cigar Pass Insurance" where if you join it and you start a pass and it gets lost, the CPI will cover it as best it can. Thankfully, no one has ever had the need to make a "claim" on it There's SUPPOSED ??? to be a link on the home page for it but the CigarPass GODS appears to be performing "reconstructive surgery" on this link (C'mon Rod, get with the program :laugh: )
