It sounds like the Quesada Oktoberfest will be shipping by the end of next week. I hope to have the cigars here in the shop somewhere around August 24th. This was the very first cigar I smoked at the trade show this year so my palate wasn't completely shot when I smoked it. Turned out to be one of my favorite smokes at the show. The cigars are Dominican puros, probably the smoothest Dominican puro I've ever smoked. Only two sizes available with 500 boxes of each size produced.

Quesada Oktoberfest

Bavarian (5 1/2 x 52)
$7.95/cigar
$143/box of 20

Uber (6 x 65)
$8.95/cigar

I have the cigars up for Pre-Order on our website now. I wasn't able to get my hands on a whole lot of them so if you're interested in trying some please try to get a Pre-Order in as soon as possible. If you have any questions or if there is anything else I can help you with please do not hesitate to contact me. Have a great day!

Thank you,
Eric

Just smoked the Bavarian the other day. Had the Uber at the show. Very nice medium bodied and smooth smoking cigar. Dont let the size or dark oily wrapper fool you into thinking it is some kind of nicotine bomb. Its very pleasant and pairs very well with a New Belgium Fat Tire Ale on the side! :)

This is something I'd like to try. I like Quesada's consistency, and his cigars are typically well balanced. None of his smokes are wow smokes to me, but they are always good to very good in flavor, and with enviable consistency. Also can't say I've ever had one where the burn was off, or that was plugged.

I spoke to Terence Reilly over at SAG (Quesada) the other day. I told him those Oktoberfest cigars have to be the smoothest Dominican puros I've ever smoked. He said that's exactly what they were aiming for with the blend. That dark wrapper definitely gives them a powerhouse look yet they smoke more medium-bodied with delicate flavors. Reminds me of me. I'm fat, bald and ugly on the outside but I'm a beautiful, delicate flower on the inside. Okay, I'm more bong water, hops and cigar smoke on the inside but that's cool.

I've smoked two of the Uber (6 x 65) and they both had flawless construction and a perfect draw. Personally, I don't care for larger size cigars like the Uber but the cigar was so enjoyable it made me forget the size. Needless to say, I can't wait for the Bavarians to get in. Bavarian Oktoberfest cigar, not donut. MMMMMMMmm, Bavarian donuts!

We have all sizes of La Flor Dominicana Colorado Oscuro back in stock again. Litto said he isn't able to get enough of the Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper leaf to make these a regular production cigar, but they will be released at least twice a year. The cigars start fairly mild and then build up the strength and flavor. We have single cigars and cabinets of fifty available in all four sizes.

I bought some Leinenkugel's Oktoberfest last night. It was the only Oktoberfest style beer I could find at the store so it'll have to do till I find something better. Can't wait to smoke a cigar with the beer this weekend.

I stopped in at Jack Scwartz today and picked up a few sticks. Nice store, great selection! Looking forward to lighting up an Oktoberfest.

I actually just smoked my first, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Glad you enjoyed it. I've had a real great time hunting down Oktoberfest-style beers to go along with these cigars. I love how smooth those Quesada Oktoberfest are. Very smooth with nice, crisp flavors.

Hey, we just received a shipment of Quesada Seleccion Espana yesterday, too. We have all three sizes in stock right now: Robusto (5 x 52), Short Robusto (4 x 50) and Corona (5 1/2 x 42). I can't put them up on the internet but you can call, email or PM me for pricing and availability.

Thanks,
Eric

A while back we ran a great deal on Room 101 cigars. When you purchased a box you got a free set of Brass Knuckle cutters and four pre-release One Shot One Kill cigars. I was holding some boxes and free swag for some customers and they decided to pass. So right now I have a box of Room 101 Namakubi Monstro (5 x 60) and a box of Room 101 Namakubi Tiburon (6 x 44) available. If you're interested in picking up one or both of the boxes I can get you a free Brass Knuckle cutter and four pre-release cigars with each box.

The box of Monstro is $180 and the Tiburon is $144. I only have the two cutters and eight One Shot One Kill. If you're interested in grabbing any of these boxes please send me a PM here on Cigar Pass.

Thanks,
Eric

Crap...it's always the 'swag' that gets me!

Must resist....need a generator(still w/o power).

Very nice deal.

Damn, still without power, Gary? You know I can help you out if you're interested in a box. I can get a shipment out to you and you can let me know when you get the funds available. Are there even any generators available around there? It sounds like there's still a ton of folks without power. Good luck, Gary.

Appreciate the offer.

I'm probably out until next Sunday night / Monday. I have my brothers right now (he's a mile away and has power!) but need to get one. Good luck with that. I may have one coming up from PA - a friends wife is there now.
Oye.

We've lost power twice since we've been in our house in the burbs. The second time was for two days and I told mysefl I should have a generator at home, just in case. Never went out to get one. I think my wife went out and bought a Nintendo Wii instead. I know the next time we lose power for an extended period of time I'm going to be kicking myself. Next time the power goes out I'll have to have my wife show me the dance moves she learned playing that dancing game on the Wii!

That'll keep the meat in the freezer frozen and the lights on........

She just rented that Michael Jackson dance game. I guess she knows the dance routine to "Thriller" now. I'll be watching the dance of the undead next time the power goes out. Great.

I just realized I posted the full price for the boxes of Room 101 Namakubi. Sorry about that. The deal was 1/3 off on the boxes and the free swag. The price for the Monstro (5 x 60) is $134, the Tiburon (6 x 44) is $107.

Thanks,
Eric
