Puppy Pass IV

I'm sure your vet has given you instructions on how to prevent dehydration and you probably don't need any urging on the matter, but do make sure that he gets enough water. Dehydration is an additional complication that you (and he) don't want to have to deal with on top of all the other stuff.

This was all my wife's doing.

Edit--In her defense, this was the day of the Kentucky Derby.

According to the USPS tracking site, the package left Pittsburgh yesterday. Since that's only a two hour ride (or less, depending on who's driving), it should be here today or tomorrow. In order to keep things moving, here's my proposed list:

P – #43 Camacho Diploma T - #7 Padron Serie 1926 #35
P – #44 Ashton VSG Illusion 06 T – #15 AF WOAM
P – #45 Camacho 10th Anniversary 1118 T - #27 Tatuaje Havana Cazadores
P – #46 Camacho Triple Maduro 6x60 T – #40 Tatuaje Cojono 2006

I await your verdict with baited breath. Casey awaits his treat with doggy breath. Not really sure which one is worse. :sign:

IMO the Camacho Diploma is a little short for the padron #35. Also the VSG Illusion for a WOAM is a little off on rarity but is better on age and price so it depends on how much Swissy wants to allow on that one. The others look to be close, a little short but overall not to bad.

I take it you like Camacho's though lol.

Josh is on the money with his assessment, IMHO.

No worries; we're all here to learn and share some good smokes. Do a little more research and it'll all turn out well....

In place of the Camacho Diploma, I offer up a Padilla Miami Torpedo for the Padron Serie 1926 #35. ??

Scratch the Ashton - WOAM trade. I'll see if I can come up with something else.

Yeah, I know - right now he'll only eat peanut butter (fortunately, we can hide his pills in a great big glob of the stuff). The usual methods of getting him to drink don't seem to work on the stubborn little bastard, so my wife has found a way to get him started by dripping water onto his paw. He'll lap it up, then once he's drinking he'll reach over to his bowl.

He did the nuttiest thing last night. My wife and I were eating barbecued pork chops, which he'd normally be all over. So he pulls himself up and starts his aren't-I-cute routine ... but he couldn't quite bring himself to eat what we gave him. Brainless dog. :)

Oh man!! That's the funniest and saddest thing!! Hope the poor little guy gets back on his feet soon. Your story made my wife "mist," whatever the fugg that means! :sign: I'll ask Jimbo... :whistling:

After further review, this won't work either. Damn. Third time will be the charm, hopefully. ???

This one trade is becoming like that one hole in a round of golf that totally blows your score.

Third time the charm?

P - #43 Diamond Crown #4 T - #7 Padron Serie 1926 #35
P - #44 Fuente Fuente Opus X Perfecxion No. 4 T - #15 AF WOAM
P – #45 Camacho 10th Anniversary 1118 T - #27 Tatuaje Havana Cazadores
P – #46 Camacho Triple Maduro 6x60 T – #40 Tatuaje Cojono 2006

The other two will remain the same, unless anybody has a concern.

The box arrived today. I'll open it tomorrow. Can't wait to see what surprise waits for Casey.

*edited to add the other two picks to this post just to make things neat and complete. ;) :D

Passes are fun, aren't they? Sometimes it takes a little bit of work...

But these look good. run with 'em...

Amen! Whew, that was way harder than it needed to be.

I'll open the box tonight, swap out the sticks, bag Casey's favorite treat, seal things up, and ship it ASAP.

Thanks, Swissy. Ditto, Grateful1.

It's only as hard as YOU make it... :whistling:

 Thanks for sticking with it. We're all here to learn, and you did fine. Be sure to report on the pups enjoyment of treats!

That was a pretty sight when I opened the box. Humidity was at 74%. The banner is very nice.

He loves chew ropes, but Casey was a bit apprehensive at first with the size of this one. My son played with him and eventually he laid down and started gnawing away at it (the dog, not my son  ). He'll play the tug and retrieve game for a while before he'll take his toy to a private spot and chew on it.

Okay, the banner is signed, cigars exchanged, doggy treats packs, and paperwork completed. I'm ready to ship.

Ready on your end, Brian?

*edited to add extra picture.

All set here. I'll go over the list and post some P&T's later today.
