I'm making a concious effort to spend a tad less on cigars until the end of the year.
So, I've started digging less into the goodie bin and more from the mid-grade bin.
I'm not sure what struck me to do it, but I decided to pick out a run-of-the-mill punch churchill - not Grand Puro, not Grand Cru, not Chateau, not Rare Corojo, but just Punch.
I'm not sure that I've ever had a regular Punch that I really like. Some are OK, but not great.
This Punch is really good.
It has an even burn, solid gray ash, and a peppery flavor.
Cheers,
Dixie
