Not a recipe but just a small change I thought was pretty good. I do a Coastal North Carolina pulled pork with coleslaw and my own vinegar based sauce on it as my standard. I had made some less hot sauce for the kids this past weekend and had some left over along with some grilled Jalapenas that didn't get used. I cut the peppers into rings and mixed that with the coleslaw piled that on the pulled pork and used the less hot sauce. It came out quite tasty and something I'm going to do again. I think raw peppers might even work better but that will have to wait until I can find some.
