Greetings to all tobacco enthusiasts!
I want to share with you our experience with the Por Larrañaga Leones Regional Edition Spain, a large corona (142×55) that takes us back to the tradition of this house founded in 1834. It features varied wrappers and distinctive bands, indicative of its regional edition.
Upon cold inspection, herbal aromas blend with subtle hints of cinnamon and coffee. Upon lighting, creamy flavors of peanuts and nutmeg emerge, evoking times past. The smoke is light, and the gray ash exhibits even combustion.
In the second third, smoothness gives way to toasted notes and leather, with denser smoke. The final third surprises with bitter, spicy flavors, alongside menthol and unripe nuts.
We recommend pairing it with coffee, whisky, or chamomile for a better experience. In summary, this classic Habano offers a pleasant evolution but may leave a desire for more intensity.
