Hey Rod,

I just went to clean up my message box, and set the server to archive and delete some PMs. I've done this before with no problems, but all I'm getting is an email with the raw code printed in plain text with no attachments. The server deleted about 50 PMs, so unless there is a way to encode the emails that were supposed to have the archive attached they are lost.

I tried it again with another 50 PMs, but told the server not to delete them. Same result in the email I got (Raw code instead of an attachment). I then selected the importable xls format and got the same thing as well.

I use the XLS importable, then import to Excel because its searchable. If you view that in notepad or even wordpad, it looks like gibberish. Yes, there are html tags in the text, but I just cope with it. Even exporting in html is less than pretty, but readable.

I wish either of them worked, I wouldn't have lost that first batch of deleted PMs. The server probably needs the mime types added as it is not sending the attachments like it is supposed to (and used to), only the raw code.

Rod, here are the email messages (I cut the binary code out). The second part of each message looks to have the info that may be of use.

This is the HTML attachment attempt:

When was the last time it worked?

10/4/05 was the last time I did it and it worked fine.

Not sure why it's not working. I just used the html method and it worked. Also used the Excel method and that worked too. We're going to be upgrading soon, so I'm sure that will resolve the problem. Hang in there. Upgrade coming within the next couple of weeks.

I just noticed something else, I'm getting 2 emails each time - the second one is coming in exactly 2 minutes after the first.

Tried the archiving in IE as well (as opposed to FF), and I'm getting the same thing.

Checked the email on my ISP's server and it's the same.
