Ping G-10's

Well, after close to 5 weeks of waiting and waiting, my Ping G-10's finally arrived from the factory. They are my first set of irons which weren't hand-me-downs. I ordered 3 through PW, blue dots with a extra half inch in the shaft. I have been hitting balls all week long. I love them. With some more time with them, my game will improve so much from what it has been! I noticed that they have a code on them which you can register. Has anyone ever done that?

Also..have someone DOUBLE CHECK the lie angle and the length.
i bought a new set and the ones that came in were off!!!

Well, they are probably ok...but the place you bought them from or a local shop should at least check them at no cost....if they are nice!

Yes, if you went to longer shafts and the proper set up, your swing will change. Hopefully for the better in the long run as the clubs are now fit closer to how you are suppose to hit.

It may(should) get worse before it gets better. Your muscle memory will be inbetween the old and new swing....keep at it and things will come around.
