Pimp Stick

I won a 5 pack on CBid. Got them for $19.00 ($3.80/ea).

Came in a particle wood slide top box. Smelled great when plastic shrink wrap was removed. My wife and kids even liked the smell. I took out the tobacco garnish and bagged it. I put it in my desktop humi to keep it smelling fresh.

Clipped it, torched it, and smoked it.

Pretty good if you are looking for something different. I know some guys don't like these, but it was good. Like an occasion cigar. Kinda of like an umbrella drink. Not something you smoke all of the time, but sometimes when you get in a mood.

For a nice change of pace, the Pimp Stick gets it done.

I had a Green Hero that came in a large section of bamboo. The cigar was mild and sweet. OK for a change.

I smoked a Blondie yesterday. It was ok. But as I sit here and sip my Mojito, I think it would complement the mojito well. The tobacco used is high quality tobacco, but the flavoring isnt. I really want to try the Kahlua's, but am scared to spend the money on all the different flavors just to end up not likeing them. Try the CAO's! Now those are good for being flavored.

I only had one Kahlua, and that was enough for me. I think the idea behind the cigar had real potential, as the taste itself complemented the tobacco quite well. But the problem was that there was too much flavor added to make it enjoyable. If they cut the Kahlua they put in it to about 25% of what it is now, and didn't add that godawful sugary material to the wrapper, I think it'd be a decent occasional smoke.

I don't really like flavored cigars, but this was the only one I ever smoked that I thought I could enjoy, if they made the changes.

I was going to try the Pimp Stick. I'm on a kick right now for anything by Drew Estates. My current favorite is Spice.

You do have to be in the mood though. Blondies are fun especially after riding for a while.

I've wanted to try the Pimp Stick. Kindred Spirit too...

I just tried the High Monk Subculture and it was great. Medium strength but mellow, real easy smoke and the flavor was very subtle and enjoyable. I'm also partial to both Torps and Maddies and this fit both but it was really good. An FE friend who really dislikes flavored cigars tried it and even he thought it was good.

But like all DE - good now and again but not every day.

have to say that The Pimp Stick is my fave . from Drew Estates.
you are right that it is more of a fun umbrella-drink cigar for everynow and then, but it is the best umbrella-cigar out there, IMO
