PIF Poll

Hey All, 
 
Just figured I'd post up this poll for you all.  It seems to me that some of the PIFs get stalled out because they're all kind of scattered in different places.  Just trying to see if anyone else feels the same way.  I'll keep it open until the end of the month, see what the answers are, and if it seems that we're leaning more toward "yes" I'll shoot Rod a PM and see if it would make sense to group them up together.

IMHO, the "Make a Wish" thread should be in the active pass section similar to the other PIF thread.  Not so sure about the beer PIF.

There are currently the following PIF threads if I'm correct:
 
MAW PIF
CP PIF
W&L PIF
Beer PIF
 
Since they're all generally conducted with the same spirit, pass some cool stuff and cigars on to some cool peeps, it might just make sense to have them all in the same spot.  That way if you want to participate, you know where to go.  A lot of times it seems like the threads get buried under the numerous other topics in the forums.
 
Again, just food for thought.

I had no idea there was a W&L PIF!  Agreed they get buried.  Your suggestion is a good one!  :thumbs:

It should just be lumped into a specific the subforum Cigar Passes, and then under Pay It Forward.
 
This way someone can join any number of passes at their leisure.

I think this is, in essence, what I'm getting at. That way you can go to one spot and say, ok let me see whats open today.

Maybe a PM to Rod FIRST would have been in order...after all, it is his forum, and he should be informed of any potential changes that it's members are requesting prior to a community vote.

Good point, Gary.  It definitely wasn't a poll started out of disrespect.  I think I was figuring I didn't want to bother Rod with a message if it ended up being something that no one cared about either way.  Sort of a poll to see if it should be brought up, but again, I see your point.  I'll shoot him a PM.
