Partagas 150

I just got the new Thompson catalog and I always browse thru it before throwing it in the garbage. This one caught my eye and I could not believe the price. I am NOT looking to order these, just curious if they are woth the price that they are asking. I could not find any good reviews on them on www.top25cigar.com

These are pretty good smokes, on the mild side though.....

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Thompson's though.....they gouge!

You can get these on Cigarbid cheaper, they have 5 packs once in a while!

This is a case where the Cuban 150s are much tastier than the Dominican 150s... IMHO

the dom 150 is good. Mild but i think thats do to age. I really like partagas also.

I had the aa - it was a nice smooth smoke, but it really was on the mild side with VERY subtle flavors. Someone suggested I only drink water with it - and I agree... In my opinion, there are other less expensive cigars that would equally do the trick...

Honostly i like the partagas limited reserve royale's but they are on the light side also.

The 150's are similar to the green labels, IMO...

150's are not worth the money. Sure, trade for one and smoke it. But they are very subtle cigars.

I'd still like to try one but the cost in cash or cigars doesn't make it worthwhile to pursue.

I've smoked the double corona...I think it is the aa. This was a few years ago. I definitely don't think it was worth the money. I believe at the time it was around $35 a stick. This one was gifted to me, so it didn't hurt, but I would not pay for it. Light, papery taste...nothing on the finish. Trade for one, but don't spend the money. Just MHO.
