I'm wondering about the value of that Edmundo Dantes El Conde 109 that Khari put. I'm guessing $25 + rarity??

They were $700 for a box of 25, and they do carry a fairly high amount of rarity as well.

ED 109 is v. good and running ~40 a stick for 1st run, probably 35 for 2nd run. As I said, the HUSC cost 18-20 a stick and have a high rarity factor. The monte is worth slightly more and rare but certainly not AS rare. I think it works but if you wanted to be uber picky you could swap the ed109 and monte so the monte was put for the brobergs etc.

Regarding the mag 50 el for opus scorpio, I think the scorpio is light in rarity. Would love to hear other's thoughts

But I have to second Insight's insight on the Scorpio being light in rarity. I just googled Opus Scorpios and one can readily purchase them from a number of sites.

That's part of the problem...(no you specifically)....but between the exchange rate, origianl price and sales what price do you use?

If I recall, and correct me if I am mistaken, the BGM originally sold for around $120.

Original selling price of BGM has no bearing on the discussion. They can easily be had for under $10/stick.

That's setting a tough precedent. Many cigars sell for a higher price when they first come out, and then after the initial hype, settle down. In most passes I've seen, for regular production sticks, current "value" reigns.

The BGM can be had for as little as $7 a stick currently on a multiple box purchase and have been sold relatively recently for $69 a box by another vendor. I would agree the trade is lite.
