After getting help from a few members here on determining what I had, I went out side and fired it up.
The aroma from this cigar was outstanding, a wonderful sweet, sweet tobacco. She was a little firm tot he touch and had some downright hard spots. The foot reminded me a well made backwoods, as it was a little shaggy. The wrapper was really dark for what I am told is a natural wrap. It was a bit lumpy and had some thick veins.
I cut the piggy and took the pre-light draw, real real loose, but again got the sweet tobacco flavor. The light went well and off we go. The first inch was nothing to write home about, it jumped right into a bad burn, but I let it go and it corrected rather quickly. (this would happen several times over the course of the smoke) Let me say that I really enjoy watching a wrapper correct the burn by itself. watching the little red glow catch up puts me into a trance.
Back to the smoke. I will not break it into thirds, as it stayed the same all they way through. It had a rich tobacco with an undertone of almost sugar. About the last 2 inches it started leaving a hint of spice on the finish.
I really enjoyed this smoke, and would love to find a few more.
