Outlaw Padron 2010

Someone needs to get me some burnt ends. Just stick those fuggers in a five finger bag and ship it priority, addy in profile. What could go wrong?

Be a real man and order your Jack Stack online like Burtch!

And Brent, he's a better cuddler. Sorry.

Just make the 5 minute drive over there and have it for lunch. Oh, you can't do that. hahaha...sorry! :whistling:

How about if I offer you some load enhancing pills in trade?

As long as they aren't Dick pills, because that's a whole different thing.

Brent

Your wife is good with all of us outoftowners crashing at your place right. Should we place our breakfast orders in this thread or start a new one?
Sure. Just bring your own tents and sleeping bags. Plenty of room in the back yard. Oh, and bring an extra sleeping bag for me, because that’s where I will be once she kicks me out of the house.

BIG BIg news! I'm breaking off from the MN crew and staying with Brent.

Coupla things. I sleep nude. I don't shower or dress until 11ish. And always have morning wood. Tell your wife I likes the bacon. See you soon.

I thought you were staying behind this year to keep an eye on Tim's wife. ???

Bumping this to see what kind of timeline everyone is looking at for the weekend. I have received permission from the boss for Friday afternoon/evening and all day/evening on Saturday. I am looking forward to seeing some of you again and hopefully meeting a few more CP'ers for the first time!

I know there will be a few of us there Thursday afternoon/evening until Sunday. I'm not sure if there are any concrete plans yet. I hear there's a mini event Friday night at the north location and dinner is always a good time Friday night.

As the time comes closer I'm sure something will be figured out. It's getting closer, though.

As far as I know the MN caravan is scheduled to arrive Fri night.

MN Crew has made our hotel reservations for Friday and Saturday nights. We are staying near Outlaw North. $60 per room with taxes included. Not too shabby.

Just went from KC to Des Moines on I-35 and there is quite a bit of construction. I would plan on adding at least 30min up to maybe an hour depending on traffic. We were in light traffic and it cost about 35min or so. From Cameron, MO on down into KC is essentially one lane until you hit 291 and can cut over to 435. It is a couple of major projects and I would assume they will still be going on when Padron time gets here. Plan accordingly.

Thanks for the heads up, Clint. I may look for an alternate route. I don't mind a scenic drive. I hope we avoid the severe thunderstorms this year. It was raining CRAZY hard on the way down last year.

That's easy enough to remedy, just leave Khris in Minnesota. Every time that guy comes to KC severe storms and tornadoes follow him here.

That ain't no shit. I could do with a rain free Jack Stack visit! (Khris isn't to blame, I think it's just that Ginter fella)

I guess I should get a room reserved. Probably be in around 5 on Thursday and then I'll leave Sunday or so.

I'll be there acting like I don't know you people... as usual.

I assure you if there is a bastage doing a "rain dance" it most certainly is Swifty.....my hair just gets all frizzy in the rain :) but I should not be surprised the hair challenged stick together on this one.

Sorry Joe, maybe we should just blame Tim?

Only one week left for 14 day advance purchases.

At least I don't bring earthquakes, mudslides, and fires like when I go to CA.

What is everyone's thoughts on dinner for Friday night. From what is posted on the Outlaw website it appear that Jorge Padron will be arriving for the mini-event on Friday around 2:00 pm at the north store. So, do we still want to do Jack Stack that night, or would there be interest in going to another BBQ place that is about 10 minutes from the Outlaw called Smoke Stack. Personally I like them both about equal, but if everyone wants to go to Jack Stack I'm perfectly okay with that. Anyway, give me some ideas and I will start calling the BBQ places next week and getting us set up there.

Makes no difference to me, I guess I would vote for closer. Out of curiosity, how far is Oklahoma Joe's from the North store?
