You keep me on my feet for sure! I have decided to sell my Opus X inventory only to CigarPass members for retail, today only. Choose your cigars and check them out, at checkout in the "special comments" section enter your CigarPass Id and I will adjust the price to retail when I process the order.

If you guys ever need some Opus X at retail, I will gladly hook you up with a few at retail. Keep in mind though, I get 5 cigars at time sometimes. So, there is not too many to go around.

So if you can sell them for MSRP (about half what you are asking now), how come you gouge everyone else?

I can't sell them for that price all the time. I am doing this as a one time deal thing!

That's probably my fault, I decided to give him a shot, and bought a few.

Yep, that is all I have. Some guys went on there and snapped them up. Sorry, I get only 5 at a time. I will be recieving fresh inventory by the end of the weekend. Keep your eyes peeled.
 
Haha that was funny...I just kept hitting refresh on the Opus X page and watched as more and more were put up for sale and then came right down as out of stock 30 seconds later.

That's the way he put it when I called in. I went ahead and thought I'd give him a try and buy a couple.

Enigma..... I said the same thing to him about nothing in stock on the web page. So, he gave me what he had. He would tell me when he was going to hit the update button on his end and, I would hit my refresh icon and quickly enter the amount into my cart. so, that was me you were seeing.
Julian said he would apply the discount before shipping and charging the credit card. I bought two Robustos and three Perf.
I'll let you know if he's good on his word and everything goes ok.

Like Mrepp said, at least they are trying to do right.
 
My experiences with cigarplace.biz has been nothing but teriffic. It's not always about the opusX.

They have pretty good if not excellent price on some great cigars....lets give him a break! I think it was a good gesture. Thank you

That is a great gesture Julian... We have a few vendors that treat us great and you are on that list.

Tell ya what, i have quite a few opus in my Coolidor, i'll empty my cart and let some other folks get them, i was being a little greedy i guess :blush:
 
To be fair, Jack Schwartz does mark up their Opus X, but it's not double. It's a few bucks, Opus is hard to find at MSRP, I'm willing to pay a few bucks extra for it.
