Well it is a HTF and if you count all cigars in the box as equal value, a $34 MSRP...

Not necessarily. That cigar is only available in the Opus 22 set, with retail of $750. Divided by 22 that equals $34 a piece, however one must also take into consideration the Opus 22 set includes standard production cigars as well as unreleased sizes, such as this Opus X Squared. So you could argue it's technically worth even more than $34.

I'm not sure but I thought the set came with a humidor, you'd have to factor that in too. All in all, I'd pay $34 for a stick like that if it tickled my fancy.

The Opus 22 set does not come with a humidor. It comes with a really large wooden box that holds all the little wooden boxes for the cigars, plus a booklet and certificate or some sort. So unfortunately that price is basically all for the cigars.
