I just got a box of these cigars and really like them a lot.
The wrapper has a great tangy taste to it. I can't really compare it to any other cigar because I haven't smoked anything like it before.

Another great feature of this cigar is the price $52.00 for a box of 20.

If you haven't tried one pick a 5ver, you wont be disappointed

I agree, I liked this cigar too. I've only had one so far, and it has a pretty tight draw that I had to make an angled cut at the head so it would be smokeable. I thought it started off pretty mild and started building a lot of body after the first third. I plan to get a few more and hopefully the poor draw was just a fluke.

I've got a bid on a box of these right now over at cigarbid.

So don't any of you go messing it up for me! :D

If you like that try the Trinidad Maduro, I believe the Churchill got a 92 rating by C.A.
The Churchill is a monster stick. It is one of the very few cigars I like that Altadis puts out.

I have to say out of 13 cigars 2 have had a tight draw :( , the rest have smoked fine.

Your observation of the first and last part of that cigar are dead on. Come to think of it, the last part of this cigar kinda reminds me of a WOAM.

Onyx I would agree is a bang for the buck cigar,
I enjoyed it and for the price it will always have a place in my humidor.

Rich,

You have great taste! I love those and yes the price is un-beatable for the greatness of the cigar. I have paid 8 dollars or more for a cigar that tasted horrible and then I go get a 4 dollar Onyx and love it. Great choice.
