Wow... been a year already. And 1024 posts so far, a number any geek can appreciate.

I've learned a lot about cigars thanks to the many great members of this community and only hope to keep learning more. Now on to the contest.

Two milestones means two contests, right? First one is the total score of the Auburn - Arkansas game tomorrow night (Oct 13th). Game starts at 7:45pm Eastern time, so you have until then to get the guesses in. Total score means both team's score added together. Guess accordingly.

Second contest is the total score of all games played on Oct 13th (as listed here). Since the #1 team starts at 3:30pm Eastern time, you have until then to get your guess in for this contest.

Short timeline, I know, but I figure enough of you will be up on Saturday morning in time to guess a random number or two.

Legal crap:
One guess, per person, per contest. If you accidentally guess the same as someone else, you can guess again.
No edits.
Closest to, without going over, is the winner.
Prize is a 5er of my favorites.

Final note is that I leave for Ft. Polk real early Sunday morning and come back Tuesday night. Winnings will go out on Wednesday.

Everyone guessed to high on the first one! Total score was only 16. Haven't you guys watched SEC football before?? Where's the $1 bid when you need it!? What I'll do is extend this contest to the Auburn - LSU game this weekend. Same rules, total score, closest to without going over, one guess per person, starting now.

I hope everyone's okay with that. Ft. Polk is so nice this time of year, btw!
