I am new here. Very new, I mean like less than 4 months new (ain't it the truth AVB ). I ask, and will continue to ask many questions. I can tell you though, that before I post a question I search, then search again, then one more time. I use as many different key words as I can. This board has 2 count them 2 really good search tools. I use both, I prefer the old school search, I like using the "more search options" from the old search tool. 90% of the time the answers are there, some times it takes me and hour to get the search string right, some times I have to modify the search string from the findingings that I get, but I stay at.
The FOG's and established members of this board have no problems helping out, and if you search and can only find a partial answer, post what you find when you ask the question, and then seek their knowledge on the finer points that may have not been found. That little extra effort pays off in gold here.
No one is saying you can't ask a question, or you can't start new threads, I will never get tired of reading a "My new Humi" thread, as long as it is about the joy of buying, setting up, and filling a new humi.....not the "it's here, now what do I do?" That has been covered.
I will be the first to admit that I have broken my own statements that I have made here, but I really try to go beyond the call of duty before I ask a question.
Heck, I will even search other cigar boards for the information, but I always come back here to double check it....I just trust the guys/gals here more.
OK, off my soap box.
