Olivia Serie G toro

I had a Series G toro yesterday while enjoying the nice weather on the In-Laws deck. Two puffs into it, I realized that I had this cigar before! About the same time last year, as a matter of fact. What reminded me was the striking similarity to Jelly Belly's Butter Popcorn jelly bean flavor. As I reflected a little bit more on last years experience, I remembered that I decided that while I do enjoy jelly beans and consider popcorn to be its own food group, I do not like to taste popcorn in a cigar. Well, my opinion has not changed. I smoked the cigar but would not smoke another due to the flavor. To me popcorn is not a flavor that should be replicated in a cigar.

To give the cigar a fair trial though, the burn was pretty good, though it did seam to have some patch jobs on the wrapper.
