Ohio Smoking Ban....

Damn this has got to STOP!...

You can tell when this all starts going on. Seems the Smoking section
of the Local Restaurants get smaller or they just go NON-Smoking.
I'm in Michigan, and there is a bill now, if there is a child in the
Vehicle under 18, and your smoking, you get a ticket.
Now this hasn't passed yet, but Here is the Question?....
If you have a kid in a Chair, in the Back the way your supposed to
have, or JUST the chair is there, WHAT or HOW are they
going to justify Pulling you over?.. Under the Assumption there is a
chair in the Back but they see NO CHILD, what then?..
I"ve read of All the bans and such, I still pity the poor S.O.B. (Sweet
Ol' Boy) that comes to my House and tell me to Quit...
Most my Smoking is Walking my 1 Mile to Coffee, and back.... Simple: I
don't bother Anyone, and I sure ain't going to let them Bother Me!

People Tell me I have a Attitude Problem!.. (Imagine that)..
I don't have a Attitude Problem, I have a Attitude and there are some
that may have a Problem with that...
I've been Called DEFIANT also!.. I just didn't listen to them!..

Greetings! Yes, the non-smoking Nazis are getting more and more ridiculous as time goes on. This is very unfortunate. I even understand that in some parts of the country, it is now against the law to smoke outside the confines of your own home, on your own private property. You must smoke only inside your house, not outside! There are not very many places left in my city that allow public smoking. I am very thankful for those few places that still do allow a person to smoke in public, such as a few restaurants with small smoking sections, and a few supermarkets and stores that have ashcans and butt containers located outside for smoking. When and where will all of this non-smoking madness finally end? Regards, knightlaird

Read that story, it's sad, the activists are so worried about "health", and the poor guy can't pay for his wife's medical bills. That's too bad.

They was gonna ban smoking in Bars here but they were smart enough to know that would have been a bad idea. All the bar owners got together and threatened to sue the city. So the bars are exempt here and its in the books. Sad thing is this...Food is bad for your health. Soda, coffee, water, air...Everything is bad for you. Get over it. It will get to the point that smoking will be illegal and then they will wonder where all that wonderful tax money dried up at and then will have to switch gears to alcohol. Then when that has been banned, they will have to go after home owners. :laugh: People are just pathetic. And the sad pathetic facts of life, people will still get cancer. :thumbs:
