I Hear the bill passed in Washington State!... Guess this will teach people to let the Government RULE you!..
Better Get out and VOTE, and STOP this from Happening.
Myself, I'm just tired of "BIG-BROTHER" protecting me from ME.
Guess it's not bad Enough with Everything else the State, Local, Township, Etc. Tells you, Like SHEEP We'll just follow and say I guess it's good because Some Politician said it good..
If I vent any more I'm going to Explode!...

this joke gos along with your thoughts

Now if this ain't the truth I don't know what is!!!

In the year 2005, the Lord came unto Noah, who was now living in
the United States, and said, "Once again, the earth has become wicked
and over-populated and I see the end of all flesh before me. Build
another Ark and save two of every living thing along with a few good
humans."

He gave Noah the blueprints, saying, "You have six months to build
the
Ark before I will start the unending rain for 40 days and 40 nights".

Six months later, the Lord looked down and saw Noah weeping in his
yard . but no ark. "Noah", He roared, "I'm about to start the rain!
Where is the Ark?"

"Forgive me, Lord," begged Noah. "But things have changed. I needed a
building permit. I've been arguing with the inspector about the need
for a sprinkler system. My neighbors claim that I've violated the
neighborhood zoning laws by building the Ark in my yard and exceeding
the height limitations. We had to go to the Development Appeal Board
for a decision. Then the Department of Transportation demanded a bond
be posted for the future costs of moving power lines and other overhead
obstructions, to clear the passage for the Ark's move to the sea. I
argued that the sea would be coming to us, but they would hear nothing
of it.

Getting the wood was another problem. There's a ban on cutting local
trees in order to save the spotted owl. I tried to convince the
environmentalists that I needed the wood to save the owls. But no go!

When I started gathering the animals, I got sued by an animal rights
group. They insisted that I was confining wild animals against their
will. As well, they argued the accommodation was too restrictive and it
was cruel and inhumane to put so many animals in a confined space.

Then the EPA ruled that I couldn't build the Ark until they'd
conducted an environmental impact study on your proposed flood.

I'm still trying to resolve a complaint with the Human Rights
Commission on how many minorities I'm supposed to hire for my building
crew.

Also, the trades unions say I can't use my sons. They insist I have
to
hire only Union workers with Ark building experience.

To make matters worse, the IRS seized all my assets, claiming I'm
trying to leave the country illegally with endangered species.

So, forgive me, Lord, but it would take at least ten years for me to
finish this Ark."

Suddenly the skies cleared, the sun began to shine, and a rainbow
stretched across the sky. Noah looked up in wonder and asked, "You
mean, You're not going to destroy the world?".

"No," said the Lord. "The government beat me to it

It realy stinks. That is the way it is here in Mass. They make it so you cant enjoy a cigar anywhere but outside.

We have only a hanfull of places that escaped the law. I feel for you.

You mean This DIDN'T Happen?..........

YES it's Scarry what this is all come to.. I'd say Funy how the Joke is Close to truth, But (( In My Eyes, NOT FUNNY AT ALL! ))

I Figure if they give me a Ticket for Smoking in My OWN car, I'll Fight the Ticket!.. But before the Court Date, I'll be eating a BIG Ol' Batch of My Bean Soup, for a Good 2 Days Before!.. Then When I get into court, Just be REAL RIPE!.. Might even "Soil" myself. Then When the Jugde ASkes, I'll Explain, that Smoking in my Car helps my Medical Condition of Over Flatulation, and Since You say it's not Leagal to Smoke, Guess I gota Fart, a LOT!..
But this just should ba a wake-up call to Everyone, in Every State.. These MORONS have to be stopped!
Ok, My 2¢ worth!...
I'm Done!

Its been illegal to smoke in public places for over a year here. Only places that escape this was the bars. All because they got together and fought it while the others just rolled over and played dead. But they did try to ban smoking in Bars.

At least it isnt as bad as that Colorado town that if you have a guest over and asks you to put out your smoke in your own home cuz its offensive and you dont, you can get arrested. WTF..In your own home. Cry intruder.

here is another big problem of gov regulations just got this today from a cigar owner in europe

The PayPal Compliance Department has reviewed
your PayPal account and
registered URL and identified account activity
that is associated with
the sale of embargoed goods from a United States
sanctioned country,
more specifically Cuban Cigars. PayPal fully
complies with its
affirmative obligation under Federal Law to
report all evidence of a
violation.

Per PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy, more
specifically the Embargoed
Goods and Prohibited Countries Policy: Non-U.S.
sellers, and sellers of
items made outside the United States should
periodically review current
information about which countries may be affected
by sanctions enforced
by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the
U.S. Department of the
Treasury.

As of today, you have not received any payments
into your PayPal account
for the sale of Cuban cigars from U.S. residents.
You, as a non U.S.
resident, are exempt from the embargo but by
selling to U.S. residents,
you're allowing them to violate U.S. sanctions.
The purpose of the
embargo is to keep any monetary benefit from Cuba
whether it is directly
or from a third country on behalf of Cuba.

We ask that you please remove URL:
from your
PayPal account. We noticed that if you type
into
the address bar it takes you to website

which offers Cuban cigars for sale. PayPal
cannot monitor each and
every transaction in regards to the residency of
the buyer. If PayPal
is found as a method of payment for the
aforementioned sales, your
PayPal account will be limited.

Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any
questions, please email
them to ofacappeal@paypal.com.

Sincerely,
PayPal Compliance Department

:angry2: here in NY there's NO smoking in bars, period! The only place I can smoke is either in a cigar shop, my own home, or outside.

Yeah this sucks and its scary to see how the states are all adopting this Nazi like reform.

I feel for ya, bro!!
Darren :angry2:

PHEW! I thought you were talking about Washington, DC!

In Montgomery county the same is true. Home, outside, or cigar shop. That's it.

Well, I know I'm in the minority here, but I miss the smoking ban. :) When I used to live out in Cali, it was great to be able to go to establishments without having to fight through the smoke. That certainly isn't the case here in my podunk town in Illinois.

I don't have a problem limiting smoking in restaurants or places to eat, but my issue is that this goes too far; you can no longer smoke in cigar lounges..!! And, not just outside, but you have to be farther than 25' from any entrance...!! Can't wait for the no smoking zealots to figure out that many businesses / bars / whatever don't have doors that are 25' apart...guess that means they've banned smoking OUTSIDE in those situations. What a load of crap. Face it, gents - we're in a decided minority here...

I can't imagine why there would be any issues with a lounge / bar / etc that wanted to put up a sign that said "SMOKING ALLOWED IN HERE" such that folks who didn't want same could go elsewhere, but I guess that is just too much common sense for the average guy.

This means the last public place it's legal to smoke inside in the State of Washington is....the indian casinos. Swell.....

Regards - B.B.S.

Really makes no sense at all. I believe if you own a bar or restaurant, it should be up to the OWNER who pays rent, taxes and so on to set the rules on whether smoking is allowed or not. The smoking nazi's like Rob Riener have gone too far, at least here in California (where we have all of Hollywood running for Governor).

I Just did a GOOGLE Searh for

Smokers Rights

and WOW, Lots of stuff to read and info.. Seesm they want to make it a Crime to Smoke with someone under 18 in your car in Michigan... I NEVER heard of this, but started seeing this in the Reading.. It's GOOD I get there names and REMEMBER during VOTEING season.. Being a HAM, I can pass this along ot some I know smoke also!.. " Love me or Hate me, I don't care but you sure as HELL aren't going to ignore me!"

P.S. I found one site that had stuff broke down to STATES so it was kinda easy to get info Quick!.. Also, I read the NON-SMOKER Sites.. REAL facist There....
READ!....LEARN....Passit along!...
