That's a tough call because most artisans have there own style and you probably have very unique tastes. Also depends whether you fancy a smooth pipe, a blast, or a rustic and your preference for shapes and weight is also very important
If money was no object, I'd buy a Lars or Nanna Ivarsson, a Cavicchi Diamonte, a Roush, or maybe a very high grade Joura... but there are also tens of other pipes I think are esthetically beautiful. If you like blasted pipes check out JT Cooke, although he has a 3 year waiting list.
